Summary /Objective: 
To optimize the inventory level and improve inventory turn over rate by good materials planning and inventory control; Timely purchase materials in quality and quantity to meet production and on time delivery requirements.  
通过制定合理、准确的物料采购计划及加强库存控制以达至原料库存结构的优化及提升库存周转率；按时、按质、按量采购物料，保证物料的准时交付满足生产的需求。 
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities: 
  • Responsible for MRP daily reports, entering new POs(orders) to cover new requirements. 
负责MRP日报，输入新的订单以满足新的需求.                                      
  • Review and approve or refuse the vendor clarification for pos detail through vendor portal .
在vendor portal 系统批准或拒绝供应商的订单澄清详情.
  • Follow up all the orders delivery status until received and stocked on shelf and issued to production.
跟踪所有订单的交付状态，直到收到并储存在货架上并发出到生产。                                                          
  • Inventory control, including but not limited on inventory analysis, slow moving control, overstock control, Lot size and Mini-balance review and adjust according to demand change etc.
库存控制，包括及不限于库存分析、呆滞物料控制、过量库存控制、根据需求变化检查及调整最低安全库存及采购批量的合理设置等。 
  • Support Sourcing an SQE to manage the suppliers’ performance and ensure the supply safety and compliance by suppliers’ social/customs credit monitoring.
协助采购和SQE管理供应商的绩效，并通过供应商的社会/海关信用监控确保供应安全和合规。 
  • Follow up and Assist IQC /SQE in handling of defective incoming materials and issue Debit memo and follow up the delivery for good parts accordingly.
跟踪并协助IQC /SQE处理来料不良，并签发相应的借项通知单。 
  • Review the usage history and checking the forecast with sales to find opportunity to place blanket orders with better price for cost saving.
检查历史用量及跟销售确认客户预测订单，下blanket 订单 节省成本.
  • Review the ECN notification and send the latest updated prints to vendor.
查看ECN 通知并发最新图纸给供应商.
  • Responsible for updating and entering standard cost and vendor quotes in system in time.  
负责及时更新和录入系统的标准成本和供应商报价

Required Experience: 
  • 2 years working experience in raw material purchasing or planning
2年以上原材料采购或计划工作经验 
 
  • Must be able to sit/stand for at least 90 consecutive minutes, and not suffer from any sensory deprivation and/or paralysis of the limbs.
必须能够坐/站持续90分钟，不会四肢麻痹和/或瘫痪. 
 
Preferred Education: 
High school or above 高中以上学历 
 
Training required:  Experience in APICS, PrintView, SGN, ECN, MRP.ect
Languages:  English
